Drafting their own archive
Records catalog-the Records catalog as defined in Law 16/1996 and Instructions concerning the work of the creators and owners of the documents presenting the Records catalog of the customer to verify the fairness of the data and completing these, if necessary. The customer shall present the legal justifications for the periods of preservation laid down as well as any other clarifications requested, in connection with the preparation of the analysis of the Records catalog, in its initial form, along with Inspector/Advisor awarded by the national archives and making possible modifications required
At the company level classification approval and deposit files at the national archives
Obtaining approval from the customer through industrial classification decision management (Annex 3)
Submit your final form of Records catalog, in duplicate, to the selection Committee within the National Archives. The classification will be accompanied by a file containing drag address: a copy of the current organisational structure, decision approving the Records catalog, the decision setting up the selection Committee, as well as other documents required by the Inspector awarded
